Oversee scheduling, dispatch, quality control, and customer service
Hire, train, and manage office staff and cleaning technicians
Maintain high performance standards and team accountability

Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Manage budgets, labor costs, payroll oversight, and KPIs

Must-Have Qualifications / Requisitos Indispensables
English
3–5+ years of management experience (service-based or route-based industry preferred)
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Financial acumen with budget and KPI management experience
Comfortable using scheduling software and CRMs (Quickbooks, Jobber and Fleet Sharp)
Highly organized and results-driven
