About the Role:

Precision Door Service is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our Service, Sales, and Warehouse operations in Menomonee Falls, WI. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced, customer-focused business and make a real impact across multiple departments. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across service, sales, and warehouse departments to ensure efficiency and performance

Lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians, sales staff, and warehouse personnel

Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional customer service

Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational metrics to meet and exceed business goals

Manage inventory, logistics, and warehouse organization to support field operations

Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and resolving escalated issues

Recruit, hire, and train staff while fostering a positive and accountable team culture

Requirements:

3–5+ years of management experience in service, sales, or operations leadership

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing P&L responsibilities

Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-functional teams

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Experience in home services, construction, or a related trade industry is a plus

Proficiency with business management software and reporting tools

Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site in Menomonee Falls, WI
