We are a locally owned, fast growing, premium express car wash operator. We are seeking a highly motivated General Manager (GM) for a brand new car wash location we are building in the middle of Fort Worth. As a GM, you will help ensure that the location assigned to you meets and exceeds the organization’s standards in leadership, customer service, safety, quality, operational excellence and financial performance. Responsibilities:
Ability to successfully recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff, schedule employee shifts with strict adherence to overtime policies
Build and enhance Slappy's friendly, customer-oriented atmosphere
Perform activities around employee engagement, performance management, and recognition
Maintain a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability
Manage operating P&L metrics and understand how expenditures/costs impact business margins and pricing
Ensure execution on all store goals for memberships, volume, maintenance, claims, labor hours, ratings, turnover, etc.
Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly checklists as required
Maintain frequent and accurate maintenance logs and identify potential issues quickly
Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures
Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned, building a culture where every member works together to achieve the same goal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year plus monthly and quarterly incentive bonuses
