Requirements:

Proven experience in a management role within the education or child development sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents and children.

Ability to manage budgets and financial operations effectively.

Passion for child development and a commitment to fostering a positive environment.

Proficiency in marketing strategies and community outreach initiatives.

Relevant certifications in child development or management preferred.

Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
