What You’ll Do:

Lead and coach team members with a focus on our mission, values, and habits

Deliver consistent operations and an exceptional guest experience

Drive sales, manage labor and food costs, and own the financial performance

Foster a strong culture of accountability, respect, and development

Represent Southern Classic Chicken in the community and build lasting connections

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of restaurant management experience (chicken experience? Even better!)

Proven leadership in fast-paced, high-volume environments

A passion for people, processes, and performance

A heart for hospitality—and a backbone for excellence
