Who We Are Seeking We are looking for a people-focused leader to oversee all aspects of a full-service restaurant and entertainment venue. The ideal candidate will communicate and uphold company expectations, vision, and values while maintaining a professional, safe, and engaging workplace.
Responsibilities (This list is representative, not exhaustive.)
Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including service, staffing, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.
Ensure the highest level of hospitality and service standards are consistently met.
Maintain proper staffing levels through recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training team members.
Monitor and control operating costs, P&L performance, and cash control procedures.
Enforce company policies and compliance with applicable laws.
Address guest concerns promptly and effectively.
Monitor quality of food, beverage, and cleanliness standards.
Foster a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; hospitality or business degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in casual dining & upscale hospitality
Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to lead in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform other physical duties as required.
Customer-focused mindset with proven problem-solving skills.
Flexible schedule availability based on business needs.
Food handler certification may be required by state/local regulations.
