We are looking for a General Manager to oversee operations, lead teams, and ensure exceptional results across our projects, customer service, and business operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, performance, and building winning teams. You will have direct impact on operational efficiency, team development, and company growth.

What You’ll Own

Oversee day-to-day operations across residential roofing, siding, window and gutter company

Oversee production, sales, and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations

Monitor KPIs, project timelines, budgets, and overall performance

Coach, mentor, and develop managers and team leads

Drive operational efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction

Implement processes to improve productivity and team performance

Serve as a key decision-maker for company-wide operations

Who You Are

Experienced in operations, management, or construction leadership

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Results-driven with a high-performance mindset

Comfortable leading large teams and multiple departments

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
