TA Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral in Cullman, AL is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive restaurant success. Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction

Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team

Manage food cost, labor cost, and overall P&L to meet or exceed financial targets

Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code standards

Drive sales growth through community engagement, marketing initiatives, and exceptional service

Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and minimize waste

Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, recognition, and retention

Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a top-tier dining experience

Requirements:

2+ years of restaurant general management experience, preferably in a high-volume or buffet-style setting

Proven track record of meeting financial goals including food cost and labor management

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety knowledge preferred

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems
