We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead and grow our Shoot 360 El Dorado Hills location. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving new member acquisition, managing retention efforts, and building a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-energy, consumer-focused environment. This franchise operates on a recurring revenue (membership) model, and the ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales, team leadership, and operational excellence within a customer-centric business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned): SALES & GROWTH LEADERSHIP • Drive new membership sales through lead generation, conversion strategies, and community outreach. • Develop and execute sales plans and marketing initiatives to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals. • Lead by example in handling tours, consultations, and closing memberships, personal training, Leagues, camps & clinics. • Manage the sales funnel using CRM tools and analytics to improve conversion rates. • Deliver Baseline/Benchmarks and ensure execution of GM Success Routines.
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the franchise meets brand standards in service, cleanliness, safety, and performance. • Assist to troubleshoot and maintain training equipment to ensure proper functionality. • Manage budgets, P&L, inventory, staffing schedules, and vendor relationships. • Maintain accurate reporting on key performance metrics and business KPIs.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT • Recruit, train, manage, and inspire a team of coaches/instructors, and support staff. • Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and ongoing development to ensure team alignment with brand values and performance expectations. • Foster a positive, high-performance culture that drives results and retention
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & RETENTION • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience that enhances brand loyalty and retention. • Build relationships with members and local community influencers to support growth and engagement. • Manage member feedback, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction scores.
QUALIFICATIONS • 3+ years of experience in a general manager, sales manager, or business leader role in a retail, fitness, or hospitality environment. • Demonstrated success in sales management and exceeding revenue targets. • Experience managing a staff with a strong ability to lead, motivate, and hold accountable. • Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, customer retention strategies, and business operations. • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. • Proficient in CRM systems, POS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
