The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, someone who can operate at a high level while staying close enough to the business to drive accountability, efficiency, and results. You will lead through leaders, build infrastructure for scale, and ensure the company continues to deliver exceptional products and service in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the company, including operations, financial outcomes, team leadership, and long-term growth strategy. You will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to refine and execute the company’s vision while building a culture rooted in accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement. This role requires a strong operator with experience in manufacturing, production, or construction-related industries who understands how to scale systems, optimize workflows, and lead teams through growth.
