What You’ll Do

Own your store’s P&L and drive performance

Build schedules, hit labor goals, and coach your team

Hire, train, and grow great people

Lead by example in service, food safety, and quality

Oversee daily operations and ensure health/code compliance

Step in on kitchen or service stations when needed

Manage inventory, ordering, and catering execution

What You Bring

3+ years of restaurant GM or upper management experience

Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Experience with scheduling, staffing, and cost control

Passion for hospitality, fresh food, and team culture

Must be 21+ and able to get Food Manager’s Certification after hire (if not already acquired)

Job Details

Full-time leadership position

Physical work including lifting, standing, bending, and cooking

Shifts vary by store, including weekends and evenings
