The General Manager leads the Experience Guide and Massage Therapist teams while overseeing daily boutique operations, guest experience, and overall business performance. This role focuses on inspiring and mentoring the team, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects The NOW’s Brand Truths.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, and develop Experience Guides and Massage Therapists
Coach, mentor, and manage team performance
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns
Manage scheduling, payroll, and staffing needs
Monitor budgets, sales performance, and P&L
Track KPIs and drive membership and retail sales
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
Oversee inventory, daily cash flow, and boutique operations
Support local marketing, partnerships, and community engagement
Manage online reviews and guest feedback
Qualifications
2+ years of management experience
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Sales-driven with a proven ability to build a loyal guest base
Strong business acumen (P&L, budgets, labor forecasting)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Wellness, spa, or membership-based business experience preferred
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
