General Manager Our General Managers hold one of the most important roles at the hotel. They are the hotel’s leader. They motivate managers, inspire employees, engage with guests. All while running an efficient and profitable business that delivers superior guest experience.

Excel at overseeing the daily operations of a full-service hotel, ensuring that all departments—front office, housekeeping, breakfast service, maintenance, night audit, guest satisfaction, and sales—operate seamlessly under your leadership.
Are committed to maintaining high-quality service standards, implementing strategic oversight to exceed guests’ expectations.
Possess strong sales leadership skills and can develop comprehensive plans to achieve profitability while maintaining a keen focus on operational efficiency.
Have a talent for recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining top-tier professionals who consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Lead by example, providing mentorship and motivation to staff while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Are passionate about guest service, ensuring prompt and outstanding support for every visitor.
Work collaboratively across departments to ensure financial targets are met while maintaining strong team relationships.
Take ownership of maintaining cleanliness, safety, and overall operational integrity of the hotel.
Have experience in overseeing budget creation, tracking financial performance, and ensuring fiscal responsibility throughout the year.
Can produce and clearly communicate monthly financial reports, offering key insights to drive operational success.
Balance financial performance with guest satisfaction, ensuring both profitability and a superior hospitality experience.
Thrive in a collaborative environment, exchanging ideas and best practices with fellow ZMC Hotels General Managers.
