Manage, train, and coach Crew/Team members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops

Direct drive-in restaurant employees to meet operational standards

Adhere to employee handbook, policies, and practices

Prepare work schedules and monitor staffing levels

Maintain inventory levels and place orders

Complete employment-related and payroll records

Focus on customer service and resolve guest requests promptly

Hire and train restaurant crew and management team members

Develop and implement marketing strategies
