Location: Baton Rouge, LA

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced General Manager to lead one of our Baton Rouge restaurants — with occasional oversight of the nearby sister location. This is a floor-driven role with full responsibility for day-to-day operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance.

Our GMs are expected to work manager shifts and take ownership of administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory, labor management, and reporting. You'll be trusted to run your building like it’s your own, while collaborating closely with the operations and ownership team for support and strategy.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily front- and back-of-house operations

Work MOD shifts with a visible, engaged leadership style

Hire, train, and coach staff to maintain high service and hospitality standards

Maintain labor and cost controls through smart scheduling and purchasing

Oversee cleanliness, safety, service flow, and overall guest satisfaction

Execute administrative duties including payroll, reporting, and inventory

Coordinate with ops leadership on brand standards, goals, and special projects
