Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service and efficiency.

Manage and mentor a diverse team of technicians and support staff.

Monitor financial performance and drive revenue growth through effective budgeting.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners to optimize resources.

Requirements:

Proven experience in management, must have excellent understanding of diesel engines, turbos and parts.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.

Extensive Knowledge of diesel engines and repair processes is a must.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree preferred.
