Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Manage staff hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.

Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial goals.

Engage with customers to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

Monitor inventory and supplies to maintain operational efficiency.

Conduct regular inspections of cleaning services and staff performance.
