Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives. • Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performing team. • Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for upper management. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
