General Manager | Sales & Operations Ultimate Longevity Center • Fort Lee, NJ • Onsite Base salary + commission + performance bonuses

Lead our Fort Lee center’s growth, build a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional member experience. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who combines proven sales results with a passion for wellness and longevity.

What You’ll Do

Drive membership sales, revenue growth, retention, and center profitability.

Lead by example in consultations, follow-up, and closing sales.

Recruit, train, and coach a team accountable for sales and service goals.

Oversee daily operations, member onboarding, and service quality.

Build local partnerships and generate leads through events and community outreach.

Track performance, manage costs, and turn business goals into daily action.

What You Bring

2+ years of management experience, preferably in wellness, fitness, or hospitality.

Proven success in personal sales, revenue growth, and team leadership.

Confidence coaching sales teams, handling objections, and driving conversions.

Strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills.

An accountable, proactive approach and enthusiasm for health, performance, and longevity.
