Unified Logistix Group is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead operations at our Deerfield Beach, FL location. Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and profitability

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to meet and exceed company goals

Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company objectives

Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Identify growth opportunities and implement solutions to expand service capabilities

Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role, preferably in logistics or supply chain

Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities

Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans

Proficiency in logistics management systems and relevant technology platforms

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
