Vegan Treats – Bethlehem, PA

Vegan Treats is seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead the daily operations of our nationally recognized, plant-based bakery.

We are a fast-moving, highly creative small business serving both our retail store and wholesale partners throughout the tri-state area. No two days here look exactly the same. Seasonal shipping cycles, large holiday launches, special events, team coordination, and daily production all intersect. We’re looking for someone who thrives in that kind of dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations across retail, wholesale, and kitchen teams • Keep production, service, and communication running smoothly • Support and inspire a creative team while maintaining high standards • Manage workflow and productivity in a fast-paced environment • Coordinate seasonal shipping cycles and major holiday rollouts • Assist in organizing events, launches, and special initiatives • Build a positive, collaborative culture where people feel supported and accountable • Troubleshoot challenges calmly and decisively

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail management • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead diverse teams • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills • Adaptable and steady under pressure • Comfortable with scheduling, payroll systems, and reporting tools (Google Workspace, Excel, ADP or similar) • An understanding of veganism is a plus
