    About the Role

    As General Manager, you'll lead club operations, drive membership growth, develop your team, and create an exceptional member experience. Your leadership will shape club culture and directly impact the lives of members and employees.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Growth • Drive membership sales through outreach, referrals, and community engagement • Build local partnerships and networking opportunities • Achieve membership and conversion goals

    Team Leadership • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence • Develop future leaders within the club

    Member Experience • Deliver outstanding customer service • Support member onboarding and retention initiatives • Build strong relationships with members and resolve concerns professionally

    Operations • Maintain club cleanliness and presentation standards • Manage schedules, reporting, and performance metrics • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

    Fitness experience is helpful, but leadership experience and fantastic personality is most important. We can teach fitness—we're looking for people who can inspire, lead, and build winning teams.
