General Manager – 101 Mobility covering Tulsa and Oklahoma City
101 Mobility of Oklahoma is part of the nation's leading provider network of mobility products designed to improve home mobility. We are seeking an experienced General Manager based out of OKC to lead statewide daily operations, drive sales growth, and manage a high‑performing team. This highly varied and rewarding role oversees sales, technicians, customer service, scheduling, and overall business performance to enhance mobility solutions for our valued customers. We truly change lives on a regular basis. This is not just a job, it's a career. This position would have 4-6 direct reports who manage and supervise over a group of 20-25 employees.
Responsibilities
Lead and coach team members across sales, service, and operations
Drive revenue growth and manage the sales pipeline
Build referral partnerships with hospitals, senior living, rehab centers, and contractors
Oversee installations, service quality, scheduling, and customer experience
Manage P&L, KPIs, inventory, and vendor relationships
Ensure safety, professionalism, and compliance with franchise standards
Qualifications
5+ years of leadership in sales, operations, or service industries
Strong track record of hitting revenue goals
Excellent communication and team‑building skills
Experience with CRM systems and KPI management
Home services, healthcare, HVAC or construction background is a plus

Finding people immediately qualified for this position is difficult so we target skill sets desired with the expectation of helping you get trained up. As expected, you must be a self-starter who can work independently.
Training is available as needed and consists of Vendor (in-person and online), In-house training and significant OJT with a team of currently knowledgeable managers and specialists. But they need a leader.
