Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.

Lead by example, fostering a positive, team-oriented culture built on trust, communication, and accountability.

Create thoughtful guest experiences that reflect the casual, modern style of the hotel.

Identify and implement revenue-generating opportunities such as local partnerships, events, promotions, and packages.

Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance with a practical, results-driven approach.

Maintain the property at a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Build strong relationships with local businesses and the Palm Springs community to enhance visibility and guest engagement.

Previous experience in boutique hotel management or senior hospitality operations.
