K-9 Divine Dog Ranch is located in Nanjemoy, Maryland. All jobs are performed onsite in Nanjemoy, Maryland.

At K-9 Divine Dog Ranch, we pride ourselves on providing a safe, fun, and cage-free environment for dogs while their owners are away. Our facility is designed to ensure that every dog feels at home, with plenty of space to play, relax, and socialize. We are passionate about animal care and are looking for a dedicated individual to lead our team as a General Manager.

We are seeking an emotionally mature individual with exceptional people management skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively leading teams with diverse emotional needs and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace cutlure.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at K-9 Divine Dog Ranch located in Nanjemoy, MD. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dog ranch, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality care for all dogs, and maintaining the facilities. Tasks will also include coordinating with clients, handling administrative duties, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Management skills including team leadership, staff coordination, and conflict resolution

Experience in animal care, particularly with dogs

Administrative skills including scheduling, record-keeping, and inventory management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Demonstrated ability to manage stress and maintain composure in challenging situations

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Animal Science, or a related field is preferred

Benefits:

Starting pay is $70K per year, with a salary review in 90 days.
