    Job Summary:

    The General Office/Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance via phone and in-person interactions. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various administrative tasks while ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in-person promptly and professionally.
    - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
    - Assist in managing office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
    - Process fuel orders.
    - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
    - Maintain an organized and tidy office environment.
    - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
    - Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
    - Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    - Experience in QuickBooks is a plus.
    - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
