    The general manager leads the daily operations of the meal prep cafe with a focus on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and dietary nutritional needs of the customer. This role ensures all meals meet diverse macro nutritional dietary needs while optimizing performance metrics such as customer retention, cost of goods sold, labor cost, and food waste. The GOM is responsible for hiring and developing staff, managing inventory, overseeing production, and creating a high-quality customer experience that promotes wellness and convenience. Must be SERV SAFE certified.

    Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily kitchen, front of house, and back of house operations including the line. Ensure all meals meet specified dietary guidelines (Extra protein, low carb, keto, vegan, gluten-free, allergen conscious) Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team across the business Manage inventory and supplier relationships to maintain consistent stock and ingredient quality Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics; resolve issues proactively develop and adjust production schedules to align with demand and minimize waste Optimize labor scheduling and productivity to maintain profitability

    Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of management experience in food service or meal prep operations Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of nutritional standards and dietary customization Proficiency in POS, inventory and scheduling systems Passion for health, wellness, and sustainable food practicies
