Currently we are seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team at our Corporate Office located in the Larkin Building in Buffalo, NY! This is a full-time position, scheduled MONDAY – FRIDAY 8:00AM – 4:30PM. THIS IS A EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A DEDICATED HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL WHO IS LOOKING TO ENTER THE HUMAN RESOURCE FIELD AND BRING THEIR INSIGHT FROM THE CLINICAL FIELD TO THE SELECTION AND RECRUITMENT PROCESS OF THE BEST QUALIFIED STAFF FOR THE PRACTICES AT GENERAL PHYSICIAN, PC.
The primary purpose of this position is to source and hire exceptional candidates to promote organizational growth. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source for all positions using a variety of techniques
- Screen applicants and facilitate interviews with hiring manager; Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization;
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details;
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System to manage job postings, candidates and documentation;
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization;
- Extend timely and accurate offers of employment using offer letter template, New Hire Form and other pre-employment documents;
- Attend local job fairs and assists with planning and participating in company Open House events;
- Deliver exemplary customer service in order to provide a positive experience across the organization;
- Assist with Benefit Administration duties in addition to Recruitment
- Provide front desk reception coverage as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree in related field required, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- 1-3 years Healthcare industry recruiting experience preferred.
- Working knowledge within an ATS system preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to utilize computer programs
- Strong networking and social media skills.
