What You’ll Do:

Lead and develop a high-performing team

Oversee all aspects of daily operations

Drive sales and manage costs

Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service

Create a positive, energetic, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in restaurant management (pizza or casual dining a plus)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to motivate and inspire team members

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

A passion for hospitality and delivering a great guest experience

Experience with inventory, bookkeeping, or financial management

Extensive experience with training and developing staff
