General Service Technician (RV Experience Preferred)

Genesis Automotive and RV Repair is seeking a motivated and reliable General Service Technician to support our growing RV service department in Tacoma, WA.

This role is ideal for someone with RV experience who enjoys hands-on work, customer interaction, and wants a long-term career path in the RV industry.

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on recreational vehicles

Inspect and operate electrical, plumbing, propane, slide-out, leveling, and other coach systems

Move and stage RVs safely (forklift experience preferred)

Conduct customer walkthroughs and demonstrate RV system operations

Assist with minor repairs and light service work

Qualifications:

Experience working with Recreational Vehicles (motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, etc.)

Forklift experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Mechanical aptitude

Own basic tools (preferred; increases opportunity for small service work)
