We are seeking a construction project manager/consultant to pull bids/contracts and identify sign requirements at FASTSIGNS #68701 in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Join our team and help us deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Oversee construction signage projects from start to finish

Read blueprints and identify signage requirements.

Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Direct junior associate to Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members

Instruct junior associate to Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in construction project management and general sign contracts

Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field and experienc ein the sign business
