    Position Summary

    The General Warehouse Laborer supports daily shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities in a high-volume distribution environment. This position is essential to ensuring accurate inventory handling, efficient order processing, and high-quality packing of aftermarket accessories for wholesale dealer and retail customers.

    This hands-on role requires attention to detail, consistent productivity, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Order Fulfillment (Pick, Pack, Ship)

    Accurately pick parts and accessories using paper pick lists and/or scanning tools for parcel & LTL / FTL shipments.

    Prepare, pack, and secure products onto pallets OR corrugated boxes for shipment, ensuring order accuracy and loading safety.

    Generate and apply shipping labels, packing slips, BOL's and documentation.

    Stage completed orders in designated shipping lanes and confirmed outbound carrier pick-ups.

    1. Receiving & Putaway

    Unload / Load inbound & outbound shipments using pallet jacks or forklifts, inspect deliveries, and confirm quantities against packing slips.

    Report damaged or short shipments and assist with returns processing.

    Label and shelve inventory in designated bin locations.

    1. Inventory Support

    Participate in cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory as needed.

    Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies or bin accuracy issues.

    1. Quality Control

    Conduct pre-shipment inspections to verify part numbers, quantities, and product condition.

    Flag any quality or fitment concerns for supervisor review.

    1. General Warehouse Duties

    Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

    Assist with warehouse maintenance, equipment upkeep, and basic housekeeping.

    Follow company safety standards, lifting protocols, and PPE requirements.

    Required Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    1+ year of warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment experience preferred.

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods.

    Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software or handheld scanners.

    Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

    Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn.

    Forklift Certified - preferred

    1+ year knowledge of warehouse TMS shipping systems preferred.

    Work Schedule

    Full-time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM / 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional overtime as needed)
