Position Overview

The General Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role requires RF scanner experience and flexibility to assist in multiple warehouse functions, including loading and unloading trucks when needed.

Employees must be dependable, punctual, and willing to report early if operations require it. This Tennessee facility promotes a family-oriented culture and values teamwork, accountability, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate RF scanners for picking, packing, and inventory tracking
• Load and unload trucks (must be able to start early when required)
• Assist in shipping, receiving, staging, and general warehouse duties
• Move to different departments when workflow changes
• During downtime, proactively assist other areas — employees are expected to stay productive and not wait for instructions
• Maintain organized and safe work areas
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required
• RF scanner experience required
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout shift
• Flexible and willing to cross-train in multiple areas
• Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Team-player mentality with strong work ethic

Work Environment & Requirements

• Warehouse is not climate-controlled
• Steel-toed shoes required at all times
• No cell phones or headphones allowed on warehouse floor
• Only clear water bottles permitted
• Must follow all safety and attendance policies
