Jonathan R Sandler is looking for a motivated and hardworking General Construction Worker to join our team in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities:

Assist with a variety of general construction tasks including framing, demolition, and site preparation

Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites

Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations

Operate basic hand tools and power tools as directed by site supervisors

Follow blueprints, instructions, and project plans to ensure quality workmanship

Perform concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing tasks as required

Requirements:

Prior experience in general construction, labor, or a related trade preferred

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50+ lbs

Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment

Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well within a team

Willingness to follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on all job sites

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
