    ** Project Management, Analytics, and Systems**

    This role will serve as the owner of the project management, analytics, and systems work for the HR team, responsible for setting up and maintaining efficient and effective systems to store, analyze, and act upon various forms of HR data. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Project management: Partner with HR leadership to facilitate annual processes including leader and employee training; Respect in the Workplace training; performance management; annual compliance training; and data audits.
    • Union Reporting and Contract Obligations: Identify and fulfill contractually agreed-upon data requests and maintenance requirements, including facilitating the HR payment process for multiple unions.
    • Employee Data Integrity: Own reporting on worker types, financial and travel rosters, freelance employee data, etc.
    • SHRM +1 Duties: Act as the SHRM’s +1 in various HR lifecycle activities such as executive contract processing, compensation, and corporate survey super-user responsibilities.
    • Annual Cyclical Processes: Partner with HR leadership to facilitate annual processes such as employee training, Respect in the Workplace training, performance management, and annual data audits.

    ** HR Business Partnering**

    As an HR Generalist, you will work hand-in-hand with clients on all HRBP-related activities. This includes:

    • Partnering with Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment activities for open positions, including drafting job descriptions, benchmarking positions, tracking headcount, and managing budgets.
    • Providing HR operational support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, compensation analysis, and immigration matters.
    • Supporting and facilitating organizational changes.
    • Mentoring and providing guidance to employees to help them develop their careers.
    • Acting as a backup for processing transactions in HR systems, including promotions, new hires, terminations, and organizational changes, through required workflow processes.
    • Liaising with HR specialists and partners—including Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll—to manage and resolve employee inquiries.
    • Partnering with HR and business leadership to create, plan, and execute culture-building activities and events.
    • Supporting HR Business Partners in the employee concern/investigation process and documenting outcomes in the iSight system.

    Basic Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 3+ years of HR or related experience in meeting fast-paced employee based or client needs.
    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skillset (Excel and PowerPoint)

    • Comfortable with administrative duties and managing heavy workflow.

    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, establishing yourself as a trusted HR resource for the team and employees.
    • Adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

    Additional Requirements:

    Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the Stamford, CT office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
