GenerateHope is currently seeking a Program Manager for our Colorado location. GenerateHope has been providing residential services to sex trafficking survivors for 15 years through survivor-founded and survivor-led programs. In this role you will be supervising our continuity of care model for the recovery program staff, including therapist, case manager, residential staff, education/ vocation specialist, and additionally adjunct volunteers. A master’s degree in social work or other counseling degree is required, and licensing is preferred. Having experience in work with sex trafficking or other trauma and experience supervising and/or program management is a strong plus.
