  • Responsibilities

    Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

    • Must have knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
    • Must have knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Visualization Platforms
    • Must have Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technology related discipline
    • Must have at least 5 years of IT development experience.
    • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Must have experience in business requirement documentation, writing use cases, and user acceptance testing.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Collaborate with internal product teams to understand their specific communication needs, dealer pain points, and desired outcomes for an AI chat service.
    • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the AI chat system, such as what types of questions it should answer (e.g., VIN-specific inquiries, service booking, test drive scheduling), how it should qualify leads, and how it should integrate with existing dealership systems.
    • Define data flows, use cases, business requirements, and integration points for client data along with documentation that describes data being shared and the applicable use cases that apply to it.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for the AI chat service, such as lead generation rate, lead qualification rate, conversation completion rate, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and common drop-off points.
    • Identify and prepare the data sources needed to train the AI models (knowledge bank), ensuring the chat provides accurate and dealership-specific information. This includes understanding how the AI processes and interprets customer inquiries and responds appropriately.
    • Construct test cases for newly integrated data as well help participate in the testing and verification of the AI accurate usage of that data and offers a satisfactory user experience. This includes functional and non-functional testing, as well as user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation for the digital services including data sources, data definitions, calculation methodologies, system architecture, and user guides.
    • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the data presented in Analytics dashboards. Establish data validation processes and conducts regular audits to maintain high data quality.
    • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure their software aligns with the dealership's needs and integrates seamlessly with existing systems.
