    Position: Data Entry Clerk

    A multi-location franchisee of Quick Service Restaurants is currently looking for an individual to join the Data Entry department as a Data Entry Clerk in our Lenexa, Kansas.

    Basic Job Duties include :

    • Data entry into a database
    • Contact restaurants regarding reports
    • Enter accurate data information into the system
    • Word processing and occasional light secretarial duties
    • Assist managers with miscellaneous tasks
    • Maintains payroll information by updating and entering data.
    • Enter payroll data into the payroll system.
    • Prepares reports.
    • Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
    • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information Confidential.
    • Completes other duties as assigned, including HR department projects.

    Job Requirements:

    • Must be able to take initiative in completing projects/tasks
    • Self-motivated and very organized
    • Able to provide outstanding customer service to our restaurants
    • Must be polished, professional, and personable
    • Requires a candidate with solid job history
    • Requires a candidate with previous payroll data entry knowledge.
    • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
    • Ability to work with all professionals at different levels of the organization.
    • Ability to work with frequently changing priorities and objectives
    • Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and data entry
