FULL-TIME ENTRY-LEVEL LOAN ANALYST

Genesis Capital LLC (Genesis) Loan Analyst position at our headquarter branch location in Sherman Oaks, CA. Currently, this is a remote work-from-home position. Genesis provides customized lending solutions to real estate developers and investors.

As our Loan Analyst, you will be an integral member of our production team, providing high-quality customer service to our clients and ensuring loans fund in a timely manner to enable the company to achieve production objectives. Primary functions will include

UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY Loan Analysts are exposed to the real estate finance environment and will work in a small team comprised of a Relationship Manager and Loan Officer. Our Loan analysts acquire an introductory knowledge in aspects of real estate lending including loan structuring, processing, and credit, and have the opportunity to move into other areas of the company.

YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Answer process-related questions for customers and vendors
• Input and update data in Loan Origination System (GLASS).
• Answer phone calls and emails that are related to loan
• Manage a pipeline of loans to ensure loans fund in a timely manner

CANDIDATE QUALITIES:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or equivalent
• Recent graduates or entry-level experience in corporate finance, real estate, mathematics, economics, or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Team oriented
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Welcoming and helpful attitude
