The Residential Supervisor is focused on the individual's health, safety, their socialization and physical environment. They're concerned with the individuals living their best life now. Someone who can take ownership of the program and make sure the needs of those in the program are met. Responsibilities

Identify supports each individual needs and work with the team to provide them. Supports may be reminders, prompting, modeling, or hands on training to complete a task.

Ensure the home stays therapeutic (clean, free from clutter and broken items.)

Set/Schedule weekly social activities with the individuals in the community.

Transport to and from events, appointments, outings, and community employment.

Ensure room cleaning and laundry are complete weekly. Individual should participate.

Upon delivery check all medication for accuracy and proper containment in the blister pack.

Schedule maintenance jobs (repairs/emergency maintenance)

Manage Social Security spending and secure all receipts.

Prepare a house menu & grocery list.

Cook HEALTHY meals for breakfast, lunch, and prep for dinner.

Attend ISP meetings annually.

Sort/Route incoming mail.

Complete orientation checklists for new hires working in your program.

Make doctor appointments as needed.

Annual binder audits

Schedule & conduct monthly fire drills.

Review service notes & MARs for completion every day.
