    We’re hiring a motivated administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. Responsibilities: • Comply with tax withholding processes and legal requirements • Coordinate schedules • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the construction industry by attending educational events • Deliver best-in-class customer service experience to clients by positively addressing and tracking requests and inquiries in email, SMS, and by phone • Convert qualified seller and buyer leads into appointments for our agent team • Utilize internal CRM software to track and measure all activities, including proper prospective client care protocol • Prepare and distribute marketing materials, documentation, and reports • Manage social media posts • Assist with facilitating the on-boarding process for new team members • Maintain neat and professional office space and ensure that hospitality and office supplies are fully stocked and well-presented • Data Entry and Assistance with ad-hoc administrative tasks Qualifications: • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
