What Qualifies as Experienced:

Must have experience handling the litigation process of filing suits, and the recovery of debts post judgement.

3rd Party Collections experience of at least 2 years in a single agency.

Working Knowledge of the FDCPA, UDAAP, and FCRA.

Property Management Experience *** NOT a Requirement but a PLUS.

Must have experience as a Legal collector!!!!!

Experience with any of the following Collections Software

We are a full litigation office and our Team members must be talented skip tracers with experience utilizing the common industry software!
