Debt Collector

Genesis Credit Mgmt. Is seeking to fill the position of "Debt Collector" for our office located in Everett, WA. Genesis is a National Leader in the Multi Family Property Mgmt vertical working with some of the largest and most reputable clients nationwide.

Our team members specialize in the recovery of Property Management Debt, either through voluntary recovery methods, or when necessary through the instigation of litigation to ensure repayment to the benefit of our clients. Debt Collector Primary Responsibilities:The Debt Collector resolves outstanding balances owed to our clients via the telephone. Places outbound and receives inbound telephone calls as required. Works accounts generated by outbound calls on, and off dialer campaigns. Maintains production numbers for telephone calls, contacts, promises, fees generated on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Works and maintains route in accordance within client and Genesis guidelines. Reports to Collections Manager.

Debt Collector Duties:

· Schedule adherence

· Outbound/inbound collection calls as well as Dialer calls

· Adherence to policies and procedures.

· Adherence to FDCPA/FCRA/UDAAP and policies set by various regulatory bodies.

· Skip work required to obtain the best contact information for the consumers, as well locate assets and employment of consumers.

· Maintain account portfolio accurately while imputing a sense of urgency in work day.

· Follow-up with Promises, and broken promises.

· Document accounts correctly

· Maintain call production, and recovery goals (daily, weekly, monthly).

Skills/Qualifications:

· The Debt Collector role requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 2+ years of 3rd party collection experience is strongly preferred, or translatable skills sets from industries such as:

Property MGMT.
