Role & Responsibilities:
- Innovate and Engage: Develop and deliver a dynamic, high-energy, and fun tennis program for youths aged 3-12 under the guidance of our Tennis Director and Club Manager.
- Lead with Passion: Supervise all tennis professionals in the program, ensuring high standards of teaching and engagement.
- Ensure Excellence: Handle program development, on-court delivery, scheduling, fee collections, and staff supervision with a focus on growth, retention, and high-standard tennis delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- A Passionate Advocate: For youth tennis with preschool/physical education experience and a drive to inspire.
- Qualifications: College degree preferred, with a requirement for USPTA/PTR certification or commitment to achieve certification.
- Skill Level: A play level of 3.0 or higher, coupled with excellent communication skills and a professional, positive attitude.
