Genesis Health Clubs in the Tulsa area is currently seeking FITNESS ADVISORS/SALES team members. This position generates and educates prospective members regarding club facilities, programs, and pricing.

Predominantly, a Fitness Advisor is responsible for:

New member sales and member retention

Creation and cultivation of prospects, both internally and externally for membership

Direct communication and relationship building with members and prospects

Qualified applicants will have:

A persuasive sales mentality

Strong organizational and time-management skill

Professional inter-personal communication through phone calls, texting, and emailing

While the compensation for this position is base salary + commission + bonus, with its high ceiling it greatly rewards someone that is able to produce. While previous experience in the health and fitness industry is a bonus, it is not required for the right candidate.
