    Job Summary:

    This position will be responsible for demand generation, advertising, and communications for Blast Off Bay Indoor Water Park primarily, as well as other projects for other brands within the Goddard Sports Complex and affiliated Genesis Health Clubs brands.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Develop and manage brand strategies to build awareness and demand for Blast Off Bay

    Manage, with support of the Genesis Health Clubs marketing team, all aspects of the creative and content needed to fuel the park’s marketing efforts, including but not limited to: online marketing and social media marketing, advertising, direct and e-mail marketing, website content, video elements, event marketing, collateral materials, and promotions

    Drive revenue for all park revenue streams, including hotel packages, food and beverage, upgrades, special events, and other revenue-maximizing activities and opportunities

    Develop relationships with important community organizations and constituencies relative to marketing initiatives, brand strategy/standards, community-wide initiatives

    Develop and work within budgets with discipline related to achieving strategic objectives

    Work with Blast Off Bay team to schedule and implement successful social events in each market, including new creative ideas for social engagement

    Job Requirements:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience

    4+ years of marketing experience

    Previous ad buying, both traditional and digital

    Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities

    Experience in social media management

    Excellent written communication skills

    Experience with digital communication platforms, including websites, email marketing, and organic social media
