Job Description

OPCs (Off-Property Contacts) provide guests with customer service while promoting our timeshare resort and vacation club tour options as well as our wide variety of Vegas Attraction offerings for purcahse. OPCs must possess a strong knowledge of our product catalogue as well as local experiences, attractions, and events. Our marketing locations are located on the Las Vegas Strip.

Sales/marketing experience preferred. No experience is necessary, training available.

OPCs will:

• Promote and book guests for timeshare resort or travel club tours.
• Promote and book guests for Las Vegas attractions.
• Ensure guests meet pre-qualifications as designated by our resort/club partners.
• Setup and confirm guest tour appointments.
• Adhere to gifting procedures to remain cost effective.

OPCs must:

• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
• Have a positive and energetic attitude.
• Be punctual and maintain a strong work ethic.
• Be comfortable working with the public.
• Be a team player but also work well independently.
• Be comfortable with rejection and work proactively in adverse conditions.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

• Be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
