WE NEED YOUR DESIGN SKILLS! Join Genesis Rescue Systems as our Marketing Assistant! This person will be interacting with our internal team, vendors, and sales representatives to fulfill marketing needs. The ideal candidate? A person who likes to learn new skills, is open to sharing new ideas, has a positive attitude, likes variety in the workplace, is versed in adobe software and wants to join a great team!

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Social Media posting, organizing content

• Improving website via WordPress

• Updating product information templates

• Off-site videography, potential travel

• Video editing, preferred Premier Pro software

• Contribute to Marketing Team

• Inventory on marketing supplies

• Placing orders with outside vendors

• Running the printer for decals, banners, signage, etc.

Attributes/Experience

• Strong attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and excellent verbal and written communications

• Proficiency in MS Office programs

• Proficiency in Adobe software, including Premier Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator

• Possess strong prioritization skills; flexibility and ability to multi-task

• Interact well in a team environment and lead by example

Job Details

• Full-time, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

• Quarterly travel
