Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to monitor the finances of our growing company. On a daily basis, you will record all financial transactions into the correct general ledger and verify that they are accurate. You will also be responsible for maintaining all financial records and generating regular reports for upper management. Our ideal candidate has worked as a professional Bookkeeper for at least three years and has experience managing large bank accounts.

Bookkeeper Duties and Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions accurately
• Input transactions into the correct ledger
• Reconcile monthly financial records
• Pay vendors as they come due
• Resolve invoicing disputes with vendors
• Complete required tax forms
• Make deposits and record all cash receipts

Bookkeeper Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree inbusiness administration, accounting, finance or relevant field preferred
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Excellent communication and math skills
• Proficient in ERP Systems, QuickBooks Pro, Microsoft Office / Access, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of online banking
• Ability to work in a team
