Job Description

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Prior experience in sales is not required but will help catapult your career to the next level. Opportunities for advancement into management available for review as the proper candidates will be fast tracked into taking the responsibility of leadership and management roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers • Perform cost-¬benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs • Making outbound calls as well as taking inbound calls with clientele • Servicing requested products and services to the clientele • Handle established accounts, client reviews, and on boarding new clients • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule • Continuously improve through feedback

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS • Outgoing, engaging personality and ability to quickly connect with people and be interested in their situations • Highly motivated and target driven • Excellent communication skills • Great leadership ability • Problem solving skills • Efficient time management and organizational skills • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
